Your new role

The Facilities Manager (FM) is part of a 4-person team in Tokyo and is responsible for delivering FM services (mainly soft) within Japan, while ensuring alignment with Global directives and Regional & Sub-Regional Directors and suppliers. The role is also responsible for service contract management (vendors) within all specified aspects of facilities management. Also has some oversight for compliance with Safety and Security and EHS. Non-people management position, reporting regionally outside Japan.

What you'll need to succeed

• Minimum 6-8 yrs of FM experience, or close equivalent
• Developing and leading facilities project programs
• Strong understanding of site services, including catering, security, cleaning, etc.
• Ability to take ownership of projects and initiatives
• Work independently & as part of a multinational team
• Financial and contract management skills a plus
