- Develop and implement comprehensive L&D strategies aligned with organizational goals.
- Conduct training needs assessments to identify skill gaps and training requirements.
- Design and deliver engaging training programs, workshops, and e-learning courses.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through feedback, assessments, and performance metrics.
- Collaborate with department heads and subject matter experts to create tailored training solutions.
- Manage the L&D budget and ensure cost-effective training solutions.
- Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in learning and development.
- Foster a culture of continuous learning and professional development within the organization.
- Provide coaching and support to employees to enhance their career development.
What you'll need to succeed
- Proven experience as an L&D Specialist, Trainer, or similar role.
- Proficiency in using e-learning platforms and tools.
- Native-level Japanese & Business-level English
