Your new role
As a Claims Specialist, you will:
- Cover a wide range of clients and types of claims across the industry. The team shares a range of Property, Liability, and Marine claims, for example
- Investigate and process claims with precision and efficiency.
- Coordinate with overseas offices to review policies and programs in English.
- Communicate with clients in Japanese to gather necessary information and provide updates.
- Analyze data to identify trends and improve claim handling processes.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless operations and exceptional service.
- Stay up-to-date with industry regulations and best practices.
What you'll need to succeed
- 3 - 15 years of experience in Claims, having supported international clients and policies in English
