• Lead and manage the TA & L&D team to ensure effective recruitment strategies and processes.
• Develop and implement talent management programs, including performance management and leadership development.
• Oversee the creation and delivery of training programs to enhance employee skills and competencies.
• Ensure compliance with employment laws and provide guidance on HR-related matters.
• Foster a culture of continuous learning and development within the organization.

What you'll need to succeed

• Proven experience in HR management, with a focus on TA and TM/L&D.
• Native-level Japanese & Business-level English
