Your new role
The Corporate Real Estate Lead is responsible for managing the company's Japan offices. You will oversee daily operations, ensuring they meet required standards of safety, efficiency and staff welfare. The role also creates a dynamic and engaging environment through on-site events. You will have accountability for the smooth delivery of all CRE (Corporate Real Estate) services to ensure customer and visitor satisfaction. You will support the broader Corporate Real Estate team's objectives too. Office PM and workplace tasks. This is a non-people manager role (besides the overseeing of vendors) and reports regionally to Hong Kong.
What you'll need to succeed
- University graduate with a Bachelor's degree, or equivalent customer/hospitality work experience required.
- Min 7 yrs' experience in a relevant field.
- Strong verbal and written English language and communication skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and multitasking skills.
- Proven experience in office-related project management and business operations.
