Your new role
- Lead business strategy from a data-driven approach
- Business Partner with different department heads and C-Suite executives
- Manage the Business Unit and lead FP&A activities (budgeting, forecasting, analysis, etc.)
What you'll need to succeed
- Business level Japanese and English
- 8 years of experience in FP&A and/or Controllership
- 2 years of experience in people management
