Your new role
You
will join as a PMO Support in a diverse team responsible for supporting project
management activities. This is an 80% remote position! (4 days remote, 1 day in
the office/week)
Responsibilities
- Assist in the development and maintenance of project plans and schedules.
- Coordinate project activities and ensure project milestones are met.
- Support project managers in tracking project progress and performance.
- Prepare and distribute project status reports and documentation.
- Facilitate communication between project stakeholders and team members.
- Organize and participate in project meetings, including taking minutes and following up on action items.
- Assist in risk management, cost management and issue resolution processes.
- Maintain project documentation and ensure it is up-to-date and accessible.
- Support the implementation of project management tools and methodologies.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of project management processes.
- Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in project management.
What you'll need to succeed
Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Business
Administration, Project Management, or a technology related field.
- At least 3 years of
experience in project management or PMO support roles.

Experience with cost
management or service delivery management

Proficiency in project
management software (e.g., MS Project, JIRA, Trello).

Strong organizational and
multitasking skills.

Bilingual in both Japanese
and English. Strong communication skills.

Understanding
of Agile methodologies and practices.
