Your new role

The Technical Advisor offers global technical support and product recommendations to customers. They assist customers via phone, email, and live chat. The Technical Advisor team consists of experienced IT professionals who design and recommend product solutions for various industries. Their primary goal is to simplify the process for customers to identify, locate, acquire, and utilize products effectively.

What you'll need to succeed

• N1 Japanese (Fluent Japanese)
• Relevant IT experience (helpdesk, computer repair, technician) with a passion for technology
• Proven customer service/support skills
• Knowledge of the IT industry, including connectivity, hardware, and peripherals
• Excellent communication skills (verbal/written)
• Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Strong time management and prioritization skills in fast-paced environments
