Your new role
This role is responsible for managing the overall health of the project in terms of stakeholder management, staffing, performance and continuous improvement, which has a direct impact on the overall client and employee satisfaction.
What you'll need to succeed
- At least 3 years of experience as an Operations Manager in Customer Support/Player Support
- Relevant hands-on P&L experience
- Native Japanese & Business English
