Your new role

• Lead the market and own the execution of the brand strategy, by setting direction, coaching and developing the store teams, building succession plans and participating in regional retail decisions.
• Drive profitable top-line sales growth and operational excellence in our stores to provide exceptional service, foster long-term client relationships and finally represent the spirit of the brand.

What you'll need to succeed

• Relevant experience of 3–4 years in a store manager role, 2 years plus in multiple store leadership.

• Business English.

• Previous experience working at a luxury brand.
