Your new role

As Workplace Services Partner, your role is to ensure the company's 3 Japan offices (2 of which are in central Tokyo) are well-maintained. This will be achieved by having good communications with local employees and stakeholders, as well as external vendors and building landlords and ensuring efficient space utilisation. You will also be responsible for 'soft services', such as monitoring office supplies, managing common areas and ensuring meeting rooms are properly equipped. Some budget management tasks are also part of the job. Reports regionally (in English)

What you'll need to succeed

• Fluent in Japanese and English
• Good to have: certificate or experience of (fire/disaster prevention manager)
• Proficient in Office 365 (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, MS forms, Sway, etc.)
• Preferred (but not essential): some knowledge or experience of ISO27001, ISO14001, and ISO9001 under facilities area.
