Your new role

Associate/Analyst

• Handle not only cash payments, but also equity and fixed income settlements of local market
• Find and sort out settlement exceptions/breaks
• Create opportunities for enhancing the process to increase efficiency

AVP

• Be aware of risks in daily processes to gain the essential issues and keep updating the process
• Communicate with internal team and stakeholders, providing information to increase productivity
• Work as a catalyst for both the Settlement team and the Technology department

What you'll need to succeed

Analyst/Associate

• Knowledge of impact for any market changes
• Capability to recognise issues as they occur and determine when they should be escalated
• Proficiency in utilising current knowledge and best practices to create solutions that benefit both the firm and our clients
• Native Japanese, Business English

AVP

• At least 6 years' experience in security settlements
• Analytical skills, capable of meeting requirements, point out the original cause of problems and find the best way to solve them
• Native Japanese, Business English
