Your new role

As a C&B Manager, you will manage overall HR ops area including payroll.

  • You will work closely with HRBP team to conduct salary reviews.
  • Oversee employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other perks.
  • Ensure compliance with local labor laws and regulations.
  • Provide guidance and support to HR and management teams on compensation and benefits matters.
  • Develop and manage budget for compensation and benefits programs.
  • Managing the team members.

What you'll need to succeed

- Over 8 years of Payroll exp.

- 500+ size of organisation experience

- People management experience
- Business English
