Key responsibilities will include (but are not limited to) the following:
•Provide clinical expertise, insight and support to sales, marketing and other corporate departments to sustain and acquire business while maintaining and developing customer loyalty•Familiar with related medical literature, clinical guidelines, competitive landscape, and industry trends and communicating with sales management and marketing • Case Coverage ・ Develop, manage, and cover cases. ・ Manage case coverage schedules for Japan Interventional Urology Team. ・ Develop and manage supplemental physician case training, including New Physician, Advanced Anatomy, Advanced Techniques, and Median Lobe. ・ Expand KOLs base through professional networking, consultation related to best practices and the appropriate use of products ・ Partner with Commercial Team and field sales through clinical, product and procedural training, in-service, and required customer follow-up • Peer-to-Peer ・ Manage a positive learning experience that builds champions through screening, vetting, and conducting peer to peer engagements and programs for urologists and faculty. ・ Manage peer-to-peer events in compliance with the company ・ Provide advanced training and technical education for physicians to advance independence. ・ Train physicians on providing median lobe cases. ・ Manage and process invoices for all faculty events. ・ Manage vetting, training, and onboarding of faculty surgeons
