Your new role

In this role, you will lead compliance operations, conduct investigations, coordinate with various departments, and ensure adherence to Data Privacy regulations. Reporting to the Head of Legal & Compliance Headquarters, you will also engage in training, evaluations, and reporting to HQ functions.

What you'll need to succeed

• Proficiency in compliance laws and internal regulations
• 5+ years of relevant experience
• Strong teamwork and coordination skills
• Business-level English and native-level Japanese
