What you'll need to succeed

• A degree in IT, Computer Science, Pharmaceutical Manufacturing, or a related field, with a solid understanding of MES software and the software project life cycle.
• Strong communication skills, confidence in client interactions, and the ability to collaborate effectively within teams.
• Native level Japanese and business fluency in English
