Product Assurance Test Lead - Yokohama

Mission of this role:
Building up and leading the Testing Team to the meet project expectations from Product Assurance perspective.
This position is responsible for validating the functions and performance of the radar sensor system and verifying the degree of achievement of the required performance. The main responsibility is to contribute to the project by delivering deliverables that meet the required product quality at the planned time and resources. You will be required to have a high level of testing experience, leadership, and communication skills with organizations that span across multiple domains.
Specific

Responsibilities:
⚫ Manage and support the test engineers as the Test Lead.
⚫ Work with customers and stakeholders to create and manage test plans from start to finish.
⚫ Define system requirements for PA related parts with other departments and plan system tests.
⚫ Plan headcounts and budget based on test strategy and request resources from management.
⚫ Lead and supervise the creation of test specifications such as test cases and procedures.
⚫ Perform (and/or supervise) vehicle testing on Public Road and Proving Grounds.
⚫ Monitor, control and report test progress, status, and results to stakeholders and adjust plans as needed.
⚫ Ensure traceability of requirements and test results as the final responsible person.
⚫ Prepare PA deliverables and share final system test report with stakeholders.

Must Have Requirements:
⚫ Test driving, Test environment construction/setup, Test process definition, Test tool operation, troubleshooting skills.
⚫ Hands-on experience in any automotive electronics-related project (min 6 months on the project.)
⚫ Experience of working directly with customers and presenting test results.
⚫ Hands on knowledge of CAN, electrical circuits.
