Provide comprehensive administrative support to senior executives, including managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and coordinating travel arrangements.
Handle incoming and outgoing communications on behalf of executives, including emails, phone calls, and correspondence.
Organize and prepare for meetings, including drafting agendas, taking minutes, and ensuring follow-up on action items.
Maintain and organize important documents, files, and records, ensuring confidentiality and security.
Assist in planning and coordinating company events, conferences, and other special projects.
Prepare and submit expense reports, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies.
Support executives with various projects, including research, data analysis, and presentation preparation.
What you'll need to succeed
Bachelor's degree preferred.
Minimum of 3-5 years of experience as an executive assistant or in a similar administrative role.
Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
Strong written and verbal communication skills in both English and Japanese.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and maintain confidentiality.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
