• Provide administrative support, including calendar, travel arrangements, and expenses.
• Manage logistics for meetings including organizing agendas, booking meetings, calendar invites, preparing materials, supporting PowerPoint creation, managing catering, room setup, etc.
• Prepare Travel & Expense reports, reconcile corporate card expenses and uphold company T&E policies.
• Assist the department events i.e. offsite, teambuilding, lunches, etc.
• Provide support when local/international visitors and guests come. Fulfill other tasks assigned by the leaders according to business needs.
• Occasionally support leaders
What you'll need to succeed
• 3+ years Executive Assistant, PA, Administrative Assistant experience
• Flexible and able to adapt to changes
• Strong PC Skills
