Your new role

As Facility Manager for Japan, you will be responsible for managing all facilities (hard and soft), including equipment, fixtures, goods, systems, external warehouses, vehicles, company housing, travel, health and safety. This will be achieved in cooperation with internal stakeholders and leaders and external vendors, both domestically and internationally. You will also be involved in the company's strategy, commitments, and actions, as well as specific FM, GA and Real Estate-related projects. Local and overseas report lines. Ensure global and local alignment.

What you'll need to succeed

Minimum of a Bachelor's degree. Minimum 7yrs of experience in relevant work, or at least 3 years of experience in leading relevant work. Fluent Japanese and minimum of business-level English. Strong multitasking skills and ability to work efficiently to deadlines. Sense of ownership and use of initiative. Cost/budget control. Stakeholder management.
