Your new role

This position will be the Finance Director with general responsibilities being to manage finance matters, tax related issues, asset management for new projects and existing operations. You will lead the process of establishing a centralised back office function, managing hotel owners, plus business plan approval. Other responsibilities include internal control issues, management agreement compliance/interpretation, dues and collection issues, and being responsible for both Corporate Finance functions.

What you'll need to succeed

• 10+ years in Accountancy and Finance

• Bilingual Japanese and English (business level in both)

• Hands-on abilities, specifically in accounting and budgeting

• Hospitality industry experience is great, but not mandatory.

• Strong communication ability to ensure smooth business partnering
