Our client - a leading medical device company is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive General Affair Associate to join the tean, The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing various administrative and operational tasks to ensure the smooth functioning of our office. This role requires excellent organizational skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
Your new role
Oversee office supplies and inventory, ensuring availability of necessary items for smooth operations.
Coordinate and oversee facility maintenance, repairs, and renovations to ensure a safe and functional work environment.
Provide administrative support to various departments, including scheduling meetings, managing correspondence, and maintaining records.
Foster good relationships with suppliers and manage procurement activities, including purchasing goods and services.
Assist with licensing matters and ensure compliance with company policies and regulations.
Prepare periodic reports for budget meetings and other administrative purposes.
Assist in planning and organizing company events and activities.
What you'll need to succeed
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field preferred.
Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in a general affairs or administrative role.
Strong organisational and time-management skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
The ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and maintain confidentiality.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
The ability to work independently and as part of a team.
