Your new role
As the HR Assistant Director, you will play a key leadership role in managing and enhancing the hotel's human resources functions. Supporting the HR Director, you will lead strategic initiatives while ensuring operational excellence in recruitment, compliance, and employee relations. This role requires exceptional leadership skills and a strong ability to drive organizational success.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
Oversee onboarding programs and employee development initiatives.
Manage HR operations, including payroll, benefits, and compliance.
Lead employee relations efforts and resolve complex workplace matters.
Drive performance management processes and succession planning.
Collaborate with senior leadership on organizational development strategies.
Promote diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives within the hotel.
Provide guidance and mentorship to HR team members.
What you'll need to succeed
- HR experience (recruiting, HR ops, Training) in the hospitality industry
- Fluent in Japanese & Business English
