Your new role
As an HR Director, you will look after below.
- Work with the leadership team to formulate, develop, implement, and evaluate human resource plans and talent management strategies to achieve the company's vision, mission, and values to support sustainable and stable growth.
- Design and implement competitive salary and evaluation systems to ensure employee retention.
- Work with various departments to hire the right people and establish and implement an onboarding process that enables new employees to smoothly become a workforce asset.
- Identify ways to improve employee retention and productivity and develop strategies to increase employee engagement.
- Develop and drive performance management processes that enable managers to provide constructive and effective feedback and coaching to staff.
- Educate and advise on labor laws and regulations to ensure that the organization complies with relevant labor laws and regulations, as well as develop and implement HR policies.
- Identify top performers and next generation leaders and develop and facilitate future senior executive succession planning.
- Facilitate the delivery of effective HR services by implementing appropriate functionality in the HR system to enable managers and employees to easily perform HR-related transactions (e.g., the administrative process of hiring).
- Support and lead other operational areas as appropriate to the situation.
What you'll need to succeed
- over 8 years of HR experience especially TD, TM Area
- minimum 2 years of People management experience
- Business level above English
