Main Duties :
The HR Director's primary responsibility is to achieve a culture of high performance by promoting and developing a strategic human resources perspective through and in collaboration with the management team. This is accomplished through structured and proactive HR work that creates the conditions for the highest performing employees who contribute to business objectives. Ensure that policies and processes are defined, implemented, and maintained to meet the demands of a changing business environment.
Required Experience :
Native Japanese. Need to create Japanese official/formal letters, policies, contracts all from scratch, and also need to review and correct drafts that the team members create. This happens on a daily basis.
Good understanding on Payroll and Japan Social Insurance:
