Main Duties :
The HR Director's primary responsibility is to achieve a culture of high performance by promoting and developing a strategic human resources perspective through and in collaboration with the management team. This is accomplished through structured and proactive HR work that creates the conditions for the highest performing employees who contribute to business objectives. Ensure that policies and processes are defined, implemented, and maintained to meet the demands of a changing business environment.

Required Experience :
  • Native Japanese. Need to create Japanese official/formal letters, policies, contracts all from scratch, and also need to review and correct drafts that the team members create. This happens on a daily basis.
  • Good understanding on Payroll and Japan Social Insurance:
  • Good understanding on Compensation and Benefit
  • Nice to have expats gross up calculation
  • Strong knowledge& Experiences based on Japanese Labor law in:
  • PIP, termination, harassment, Pay cut, Sick leave, Maternity leave.
  • Implementation/Restructuring skills for Employee handbook, 36 OT agreement, policies based on the trend/company needs/ risk management.
  • Experience of using HR system(Success Factors, Work day, People etc)
  • Commute flexibility. WFH max 2 days a week.
  • Persons who LOVES people and who is good in connecting and communicating with others.
  • Main objective will be to build a great work environment to attract and retain talents.
