Your new role
• Oversee and organise HR operations, including payroll, benefits, retirement schemes and system implementation.
• Develop and implement HR policies and procedures and ensure compliance with local regulations and company standards.
• Maintain accurate employee records and ensure all HR-related documentation is up-to-date.
• Oversee employee relations and their well-being, and manage employee data.
• Lead and support system implementation and changes, ensuring smooth transitions and minimal disruption, while collaborating with other departments
What you’ll need to succeed
• 7+ years HR operations experience, including payroll, on/off boarding and system changes
• Strong understanding of Japanese labour laws, as well as HR functions and best practices
• Native level Japanese, Intermediate - business English
