As the Manager of the HRIS team, you will:
- Provide optimized Workday solutions from your experience in implementation, design, and operations.
- Assess current system and business process architectures and recommend improvements.
- Collaborate with global HRIS teams across organisation
- Lead technology projects/solutions and mentor HRIS team members.
What you'll need to succeed
- Experience: 5+ years as a Workday Implementer and/or Design/Operational Leader in a multinational, publicly traded company.
- Skills: Strong organisational skills, high attention to detail, and the ability to deliver information quickly for data-driven recommendations.
- Attributes: Self-starter, collaborative, proactive, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
