Your new role
The role involves IT-related work at a specialist to senior specialist level, requiring the ability to work independently and propose original solutions under supervision. Responsibilities include local implementation of global IT systems, internal IT support, and a broad range of IT, digital, and facility-related business support. Reporting to both internal IT partners and Global IT in Germany, the role includes maintaining the internal IT environment, supporting employees with PC/iPhone setup and usage, managing ledgers and leases, handling Active Directory and Windows Server/Network management, troubleshooting, and other IT management tasks. Additionally, the role supports digital transformation initiatives for business efficiency and automation, as well as facility management support.
What you'll need to succeed
- Business level Japanese & English
- IT help desk experience (L2 or higher)
- Business use experience and basic knowledge of Windows 11/Microsoft 365
- Windows Server management and basic knowledge
- Experience and basic knowledge of SaaS and other cloud system implementation
- Basic knowledge of networks
