Multinational Automotive company is looking for Legal Counsel!

Your new role

You’ll effectively work hands-on with the team as the Legal Counsel reporting directly to the Chief Legal Officer overseas. Providing support during Board of Directors meetings, handing M&A and finance projects, and offer bank relations support as well.

Ensuring corporate governance, ethics, & compliance are aligned with Japan’s laws and regulations, working closely with global legal teams on projects.

What you'll need to succeed

Previous experience in a similar role within legal will lead to your success, as well as:
  • 3+ years of Legal experience
  • Business Japanese & English
  • Experience in M&A, Finance, Corporate Legal is a plus
  • Automotive, Manufacturing, IT industry experience preferred
