Leading e-commerce fintech organisation looking for a Legal Specialist!

Your new company

Multinational Technology company focusses on e-commerce, digital streaming, AI, etc. with a mission to “drive the growth of our Fintech business" from a legal perspective. To capitalise on the company’s continued success, they are looking to hire a Legal Specialist to their diverse team.

Your new role

You’ll effectively work hands with the team, reporting to the legal manager responsible for various legal matters related to the Fintech business. Handling day-to-day contract management, business alliances, M&A, Compliance with internal and external parties.

What you'll need to succeed

Previous experience in a similar role within Legal will lead to your success, as well as:
  • 3+ years of Corporate Legal experience
  • Ideally fluent in Japanese & English
  • Fintech, IT, Ecommerce, digital experience
  • New business, fundraising, disputes, overseas experience
