⚫Responsible for end-to-end development including IT support if needed

What you'll need to succeed

⚫5 + years of experience in IT development and delivery
⚫Technical Skills:
- Mastery in COBOL/Enterprise COBOL/IMSDB/DB2 development
- Mastery in IBM mainframe platform environment setup
- Experience in integration of IBM mainframe and open systems
⚫Preference:

Experience: working in the insurance domain/industry
Leadership: - Exhibits confidence in self and others; inspires and motivates others to perform well with excellent coaching skills.
