Your new role

In this role, you'll leverage your expertise in penetration testing and red teaming to enhance the organization's security. Collaborating with the CISO Office, you'll conduct comprehensive tests to identify vulnerabilities and assess the security of systems and applications. You'll also automate these processes to improve efficiency, using tools and scripts to streamline tasks. Additionally, you'll design and deliver training programs to educate internal teams on red teaming methodologies and best practices. Your responsibilities will include supporting or leading vulnerability assessments and gathering and analyzing OSINT data.

What you'll need to succeed
** Must be a resident in Japan **

• English
  • Solid grasp of Computer Science fundamentals, including networks, operating systems, data structures, and cryptography.
  • Demonstrated experience in penetration testing, red teaming, or similar offensive security roles.
  • Basic skills in scripting and exploit writing.
• Soft Skills:
  • Proficiency in English communication.
  • Strong ownership, teamwork, and communication abilities.
  • Effective self-learning skills.
