Your new role
- Service Management: Manage food services, conferencing, visitor registration, reception services, and switchboard.
- Event Management: Oversee high-profile events from start to finish.
- Commercial Operations Management: Focus on continuous improvement, service excellence, budget, and ROI.
- Vendor Management: Monitor vendor performance and minimize risks.
- Risk Management: Mitigate risks related to technology, compliance, health and safety, food safety, and regulatory compliance.
- Response to Environmental and Safety Issues: Address health, safety, and wellbeing concerns of employees.
- Incident Response: Understand and adhere to incident response processes, including emergency support.
What you'll need to succeed
- Degree in hotel management, hospitality, property, or facilities management.
- 5+ years in hospitality operations, focusing on high-profile guest experiences.
- Knowledge of events and conference center management systems.
- Experience managing teams and delivering consistent results.
- Vendor management with performance-based contracts.
- Experience in investment banking/financial services is a plus.
- Analyzing financial data and managing budgets.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and local languages.
- Proficient in Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.
