Your new role

The brand is seeking a dynamic and experienced Private Client Relations (PCR) Manager to lead and manage our private sales initiatives. The ideal candidate will be responsible for building/expanding and fostering strong relationships with Gaisho and high-value customers, planning and executing exclusive events, and driving sales through personalised service. This role requires a deep understanding of luxury retail, exceptional communication skills, and a passion for the brand.

What you'll need to succeed

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in luxury retail, sales, or a related field
• Proven track record of managing high-value customer relationships and driving sales.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Exceptional organisational and event planning abilities.
• Proficiency in English (preferred for coordination with HQ teams in Paris).
• Passion for the brand and its products
