Job Description
⚫ Project leads to projects related to new development of products.
⚫ Progress management of development and solve any issues with stakeholders to release the project on time.
⚫ Solve any issues related to quality, capacity and efficiency, profitability by coordinating with stakeholders and management team.
⚫ Communicate with customers to align and adjust for project timelines and activities.
⚫ Resource management relating to projects to meet an internal approved plan.
⚫ Prevent critical issues in advance and timely provide an updated plan for management if the original plan has to be changed.
Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)
⚫ Working experience for Project marketing experience.
⚫ Job experience which required the following: having worked in a project management role in a multinational organisation.
⚫ Using English as the global standard language.
⚫ Using Japanese daily internal communications.
⚫ Positive and logical thinking and strong business leadership.
⚫ Communication and negotiation skills which are required for driving new business development.
⚫ Communicate with different teams, sharing the vision/purpose/activities to have the same objectives.
⚫ Flexible to understand/accept the difference in business culture by segment.
⚫ Strong passion and intelligence to drive profitable growth.
