Your new role
Consolidation and analysis of store sales result.
Data processing of returned and defective products from stores, and communication with relevant department.
Propose and implement improvements to store operations efficiency.
Plan and implement store staff incentive plans.
Billing (data input into the company's accounting system and preparation of payment applications).
Other store staff support duties (communication and operational support).
Liaise and coordinate with HQ on operations.
What you'll need to succeed
Fluency in Japanese and business level English
Strong Excel and Power Point skills, as well as basic PC skills
Excellent Communication and interpersonal skills
Strong planning, organization, analytical and time-management skills
