    Job Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales Director to lead our sales team in Japan. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in IT sales, strong leadership skills, and the ability to drive revenue growth in a competitive market. As the Sales Director, you will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies, managing key client relationships, and achieving sales targets.

    Key Responsibilities:

    Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company sales goals and revenue targets.
    Lead, mentor, and manage the sales team to ensure high performance and professional growth.
    Identify and pursue new business opportunities and partnerships to expand the company’s market presence.
    Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
    Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to stay ahead of the competition.
    Collaborate with other departments, including marketing, product development, and customer support, to ensure a cohesive approach to sales and customer satisfaction.
    Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics to senior management.
    Qualifications:

    Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field. MBA is a plus.
    Minimum of 10 years of experience in IT sales, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
    Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets in a competitive market.
    Strong understanding of the IT industry, including emerging technologies and market trends.
    Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
    Ability to think strategically and drive results.
    Proficiency in Japanese and English, both written and spoken.
