Your new role

• Expert Support: Provide daily technical and functional support to key users in the LE domain, and assist with SD and MM domains.
• Enhancement Participation: Analyse, create test data, test, and implement regional enhancements. Support key users during testing.
• Facilitation: Optimise communication between Regional Business and Global Level 3 members.
• SLA Monitoring: Track and report issues, ensuring SLA compliance.

What you'll need to succeed

• Language Skills: Fluency in Japanese and English (reading and writing).
• SAP Experience: Hands-on experience in SAP LE, with knowledge of integration points between LE and SD, MM.
• Technical Knowledge: Expertise in SAP LE (WM or eWM, Serial number, batch management, Inventory management, Message conditions, transportation management).
• Coordination: Ability to support Key Users’ tests and maintain documentation during SAP releases.
