Your new role

You will play a pivotal role in ensuring our business activities in Japan adhere to our high standards. You will act as a strategic advisor, providing expert legal and compliance support to help the company achieve its strategic and operational goals. You will report to the Head of Legal & Compliance Japan and your responsibilities will include advising senior management, managing litigation and disputes. Additionally, you will have the opportunity to contribute to major M&A and investment projects, ensuring legal compliance and smooth integration.

What you'll need to succeed

• A Bachelor of Laws degree.
• 5+ years as in-house counsel or lawyer
• Bengoshi
• Business-level English and Japanese
• Willingness to travel periodically.
