Your new role

They are seeking a highly experienced and motivated Senior Learning & Development Specialist to join our team in Tokyo.
The ideal candidate will be the someone who experienced finance industry training, APAC global trainings.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement learning and development strategies and programs.
  • Design and deliver training sessions, workshops, and development activities.
  • Conduct needs assessments and identify skill gaps to tailor development initiatives.
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of learning and development programs.
  • Collaborate with HR and leadership teams to align development programs with business objectives.
  • Provide coaching and mentoring to employees at various levels.
  • Manage and update learning management systems and resources.

What you'll need to succeed

- Native or fluent English level

- Minimum 7 years of L&D experience
- Finance industry experience
