Your new role

This role involves supporting various projects across multiple sites, collaborating with departments such as Marketing, IT, R&D, HR, and Manufacturing. It requires partnering with regional and global teams to implement strategies and ensure compliance with preferred suppliers. The position focusses on improving costs, quality, and service levels for local deliverables in several categories.

What you'll need to succeed

• Implement global and regional category strategies and policies across sites.
• Manage local day-to-day spending and create purchase orders based on supplier definitions.
• Ensure compliance with FDA, ISO, SOX, and other regulatory requirements.
• Drive compliance to preferred supply base and purchasing channels to achieve savings targets.
• Identify savings opportunities, run procurement initiatives, and support savings reporting.
• Manage supplier relationships locally in cooperation with regional and global teams.
• Handle escalations related to material supply and quality issues from internal stakeholders.
