Your new role
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed sales quotas and drive business growth within Japan and the APAC region.
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, serving as a trusted advisor and understanding their evolving business needs.
- Provide regular updates on sales pipeline, forecasts, and key performance metrics to management using CRM tools and reporting systems.
- Report directly to the US and the firm
What you'll need to succeed
Proven track record of success in B2B consultative solutions sales, preferably within the financial services industry, with a focus on market data, trading technology, risk management tools, or related solutions.
Strong understanding of financial markets (equities, options, indices, market data), trading workflows, and regulatory requirements.
Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce).
5-10 years of experience in the financial industry, preferably in sales and client relationship management.
Business-level proficiency in Japanese and English.
