Your new role
You will be responsible for leading the full finance function (FP&A, controlling, and accounting), including finance business partnership, reporting/closing, forecasting, budgeting, planning, and analysis. You will also have the opportunity to manage five staff members, as well as to maintain strong communication with business partners in other teams to communicate financial information with them. You will have the opportunity to lead the Japanese business to flourish, assuring that its finance systems run efficiently and effectively.
What you'll need to succeed
An ideal candidate would be a flexible and dedicated worker with good communication skills. Candidates should have about five to seven years of finance leadership or management experience. ERP experience (SAP or Oracle) is a plus. It is a plus to have previous experience in a retail company. Business English (spoken and written) is also important for the job to communicate with overseas colleagues.
