-Validate and reconcile equity trades

-Resolve trade discrepancies and communicate with trading desks

-Manage operational risks and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements

-Collaborate with various departments to improve processes and efficiency

-Generate reports and provide analytical support to the front office

対象となる方

-Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, or related field

-Minimum 3 years' experience in a middle office or related role in equity markets

-Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

-Proficiency in financial software and systems

-Excellent communication and teamwork abilities

-Business-level proficiency in Japanese and English
