仕事内容

Fund Cash Management:
- Daily balance monitoring
- Capital calls and dividend redemptions (including estimation and execution)
- Invoice management and payment instructions
- Other cash flows
- Preparation of cash flow statements (current challenge area)
Investment Execution:
- Schedule management, fund allocation, coordination with administrative companies and internal departments
Foreign Exchange Transactions:
- Schedule management, amount estimation, order processing
Fund Borrowing:
- Schedule management, amount estimation, borrowing instructions
Report Preparation:
- Quarterly investor reports, fund board meeting materials, investment committee materials, product strategy committee materials, investor-specific format reports
Data Management:
- Collection and organization of data for look-through, portfolio, and investor-specific formats
AIFM Compliance:
- Data provision and response to various questionnaires and DDQs
Audit Response:
- Internal control and fund audit response

対象となる方

Fund Operations and Administrative Experience:
- Minimum of 2 years of practical experience
- Business Level Japanese & English
