Your new role
As a Talent Development specialist, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and managing talent development programs that foster employee growth and enhance organizational performance.
Develop and implement talent development strategies and programs.
Design and deliver training sessions, workshops, and development activities.
Collaborate with HR and leadership teams to align development programs with business objectives.
Provide coaching and mentoring to employees at various levels.
Manage and update learning management systems and resources.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in talent development.
What you'll need to succeed
- Minimum 3 years of L&D/TD experience
- Business English level
