Your new role
As a Talent Development specialist, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and managing talent development programs that foster employee growth and enhance organizational performance.
- Develop and implement talent development strategies and programs.
- Design and deliver training sessions, workshops, and development activities.
- Collaborate with HR and leadership teams to align development programs with business objectives.
- Provide coaching and mentoring to employees at various levels.
- Manage and update learning management systems and resources.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in talent development.
What you'll need to succeed
- Minimum 3 years of L&D/TD experience
- Business English level
