About the role:

• You will join the President of Japan to lead business development activities in Tokyo.
• This includes expanding the corporate broker and insurer network in Japan, promoting the value of parametric products, and identifying market needs to generate business opportunities.
• The role also involves collaborating with cross-functional teams, representing the company at industry events, and developing sales and marketing strategies tailored to the Japan market.

Requirements:

• 5 - 15 years of experience in business development in Japanese insurance market
• Strong commercial acumen
  with an entrepreneurial mindset
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Flexibility and agility
• Native-level Japanese; Business-English
