Your new role
- Prepare accurate and timely financial reports and statements for various stakeholders, including monthly and year-end closings.
- Implement best practices in operations and support team members in enhancing their tasks.
- Collaborate with other departments on project tasks and ensure accurate management accounting reporting.
- Handle audit responses, tax audits, and financial disclosures.
- Conduct budget vs. actual analysis.
What you'll need to succeed
- Solid knowledge of accounting standards (IFRS/JGAAP).
- Proficiency with accounting systems.
- Intermediate level of expertise in Excel.
- Fluency in Japanese and Intermediate English skills.
