This role will be responsible for advising teams on all legal requirements, and governance for large complex deals. You will collaborate with senior legal leadership to support the establishment of Managed Services and negotiate large, complex, strategic deals.
対象となる方
- Bilingual in Japanese and English
- Law Degree or JD Degree
- 8+ years of legal work experience
- Deep understanding of Commercial Law, preferably in the IT industry
