Your New Role
As part of the Core Rates Trading desk in Tokyo, you’ll oversee a trading book, generate revenues, manage risk, and collaborate with sales and research to develop the trading franchise, specializing in JGB, JPY swaps, and related products.

What You'll Need to Succeed
- At least 5 years of relevant experience in financial services.
- Strong understanding of interest rate derivatives and Japanese rates markets.
- Advanced analytical skills, a collaborative mindset, and effective communication abilities.
